Pomander Balls

By now I am sure most everyone has seen the paper flower pomander balls that are all over Blogland. HERE is a great tutorial on how to make them.

I, of course, had to make my own since they seemed SO easy and CUTE!

And they were easy!

And Cute!

I decided to make 2 balls, and I used a slightly larger Styrofoam ball than in the tutorial linked above.

I made one with all white flowers and colored push pins

And one with colored flowers and white centers!

I had initially intended on making them into topiaries, but decided to paint some candlesticks in bright colors and just stick them on top!

{yes I know they are not centered, I realized that when I was uploading the pics!}

I think they turned out cute!

I have since added them to a shelf with my other spring decorations, and they fit right in! Pictures of those to follow {once I finish all the decorations! lol}
